sometimes taking away our time. But, for those who have passionate about
teaching it is not a big deal, it become a very fun profession because the
value that they get is nothing compare to the sacrifation that they have done.
It is also about the love, because teaching is a profession that giving a
service to people, which requires love and compassion.

When both of them teaching, they seem very professional.
I also amazed by the way they teach because they all full of compassionate,
they are very patient and add a lot of good value in their students. The
teacher never angry and always keep their emotion very good and always
encourage the students to do well at their class. In teaching the teachers ask
the students and discussing every single thing about the lesson before they
start the class so they can follow the regulation and give a full attention
to the class. It is actually a very good method that applied by the teachers

| In respond to this, teaching is not a profession that is well-known by others. It is also not a profession that seen as good in society. People seem underestimate teachers's profession. It also about salary, it is not that much compare to doctor, accountant and any others. Some also find that teaching is exhausting they limiting activities and with all the difficult administrative things. Last but not least, it is not someone passion, which will not make somebody doing it with their heart when in teaching requires that. |
Ms. J: The basic things why people do not want to be a teacher is because they cannot guarantee your future life. What it means by that, you are badly paid and it is not worth the process. Teachers also get underestimated by society, not only their existence but also their rights, people seem hard to appreciate their scarification as if their hard work is forgotten. That is why people do not want to teach.
Ms. S : Teaching is an exhausting profession because teachers are not simply delivering material but they have to prepare everything to be good because if they delivering something bad the students will always be bad and always remember that until they grew up. Another reason is that it is all about mindset, because when people studying at school they used to see how hard the teacher to handle the students, how hard the administrative process that they have to finish, and so on and so forth. Eventually, it is hard for them to interpret the teaching activity in a good way. |
Ayers said that the teaching profession is badly paid, they even earn half of the other occupations. Teachers also suffer a low-status in communities, there is a lot of reasons behind that and makes a teacher seen as not a really good profession for someone to be. In addition, teaching also requires good skills and someone is forced to work under-pressure since there is a lot of things that they need to handle, the students, the classroom, the material and et cetera.
|
As I see that, the teachers rarely show to the students that they are tired but they keep perform better in front of the students. But, when I sharing with them they said they sometimes so tired, they sometimes want to give up because there is a lot of things that they need to organize. They also sometimes struggling and feel like they want to give up but back again it is all their responsibility and they are remembering the reasons why they want to be a teacher in the first place. The kids are also their main reasons to keep their spirits back. Their smiles, their silly act, their power, and everything. It is all means a lot to them
